We are located just 3/4 mile south of Hwy 50 with excellent street frontage and equipment display areas. Our site is 15 acres with 10 acres for auction staging and sale arrangement. We have public parking of 4 acres and will comfortably accommodate 500 buyers.

Our warehouse facilities are 41,000 total sq ft. with 18,000 sq ft for dry storage, 8,000 sq ft of auction sale warehouse, and 15,000 sq ft mechanical shop with commercial painting facility.

Directions: In Sacramento proceed East on Highway 50, take the Howe Ave. / Power Inn Road exit and proceed South on Power Inn Road. Auction site is located on the left side of street.

This site is used in conjunction with Stephen Passy & Associates Inc.

Located at the Orange Show Festival our Yard is 6 acres for auction sale preparation and over 20 acres of display and public parking. This facility has large load out capabilities with loading dock. There are no warehouse facilities at this site.

Directions: From Interstate 215 in San Bernardino take the Orange Show Road exit toward Auto Plaza Drive, turn onto West Orange Show Road and proceed East to S. Arrowhead Ave. make a right on S. Arrowhead Ave and proceed to W. Central Ave. turn right and watch for Auction signs.
